The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Sub-Office in Cox’s Bazar, hereby announces the launch of the following tender:

FOR THE DESIGN, BoQ, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF SOLAR PV HYBRID POWER SYSTEMS FOR TWO REFUGEE HIGHER EDUCATION CENTRES (RHECs), COX’S BAZAR – LOT 1: RHEC CAMP 4; LOT 2: RHEC CAMP 13

Interested and potential vendors are invited to participate in this Request for Proposal (RFP) by accessing and downloading the tender documents from the UNHCR Cloud ERP Supplier Portal.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

Please confirm your participation in BGD-UNHCR RFP 3830 by using the "Acknowledge Participation" functionality in the Cloud ERP Supplier portal.

It is very important to subscribe (Acknowledge Participation) to an ongoing negotiation that you wish to participate in, as this is the only way to receive automatic email notifications with information on any changes related to this negotiation (BGD-UNHCR RFP 3830).

Key dates:

Online pre-bid conference (Microsoft Teams): Thursday, 5 November 2026 at 10:30 AM BST.

Site visit: Monday, 9 November 2026 – mandatory for Lot 1 (RHEC Camp 4) and recommended for Lot 2 (RHEC Camp 13). Bidders must send the names, mobile numbers and NID/passport numbers of up to two representatives through Cloud ERP Messages at least three (3) working days in advance.

Deadline for questions: Thursday, 12 November 2026 by 11:59 PM BST, through Cloud ERP Messages only.

Bid submission deadline: Monday, 23 November 2026 by 11:59 PM BST (Bangladesh time).

Kindly note that no hard copy is acceptable. The offer must be submitted only through the Cloud ERP portal. The only exception is the original bid security (Annex G), which must be deposited in the tender box at UNHCR Sub-Office Cox’s Bazar (Motel Road) before the submission deadline.
