SKS Foundation, College Road, Uttar Horin Singha, Gaibandha invites applications from genuine and experienced manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, contractors, independent consultants, distributors, dealers, traders, service providers, institutions or any other business entities holding valid licenses as per the prevailing laws of the country for carrying out various activities within the scope of its various projects/programs and affiliated institutions. Interested and eligible business entities are encouraged to submit their proposals as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the attached Expression of Interest (EoI) document.

Genuine and experienced manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, contractors, independent consultants, distributors, dealers, traders, service providers, institutions can apply for different products/services but needs to apply separately and should mention the name of the category of products/services on top of the envelope. Firms with experience of working with international organizations will be preferred. The firm(s) is/are requested to submit application for enlistment along with the below mentioned documents:

  • Letter with Company Pad for Enlistment (Must specify the work area), Must be signed. Must mention attached document list in letter. All Documents must be signed.
  • Profile of the firm/individual
  • Valid registration documents (Applicable for firms/organization), TIN, BIN, Proof of Tax & Vat return submission (As applicable)
  • Experience Certificate with Client List.
