INTRODUCTION Save the Children has been working in Bangladesh since 1970, partnering with the Government of Bangladesh, local NGOs, and communities to ensure every child survives, learns, and is protected. Our programs address a wide range of issues, including child protection, education, health and nutrition, humanitarian response, and climate change adaptation. Save the Children seeks a technical expert in the agricultural commodity value chains (spices and animal feed) for a consultancy in Bangladesh. The consultant should bring technical expertise in the selected value chains, particularly in Bangladesh. Consultants should be based in Bangladesh and have both national and English-language skills. In addition to developing and performing a detailed value chain assessment, the consultant will work with the proposal team to support and facilitate design discussions for the anticipated FY26 United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food for Progress (FFPr) Activity.
