Call for Proposals for Climate (Adaptation) Reporting and Monitoring Framework

Under the Inclusive Climate Finance for Vulnerable Communities in Asia Pacific (ICCAP) project, Padakhep Manabik Unnayan Kendra (Padakhep) is inviting proposals from interested Firms/Joint Ventures to support the development and institutionalization of a Climate (Adaptation) Reporting and Monitoring Framework.

The assignment will support Padakhep in establishing a systematic climate adaptation reporting and monitoring system through the development of climate portfolio indicators, data collection and reporting tools, automated dashboards, core banking system customization, and staff capacity strengthening. The framework will enable Padakhep to effectively monitor, report, and manage climate adaptation finance interventions in line with the objectives of the ICCAP project and emerging climate finance reporting requirements.
