Consultant Assignment: The consultant will design and implement the assessment, including preparation of the inception plan and data collection tools, conduct field data collection and analysis, identify and recommend prioritized livelihood and technical skill trades based on market demand and feasibility, undertake value chain and market analysis, and submit draft and final assessment reports with recommendations. The consultant will also provide cleaned datasets and all supporting assessment documentation.
