WHH invites qualified and experienced consultants or consulting firms to conduct the Endline Evaluation as outlined in the ToR.

In general, all inquiries regarding the competition can be submitted directly through the EU Supply platform on or before 8th September 2026 at 12:00 (CET) through E- Tender portal.

Submission of tender documents/offers:
All bid submission must be performed online through the EU Supply Web Tendering Portal not later than 12th September 2026 @ 18:00 (CET).
