Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing |

Job Location: Dhaka & Chittagong
Job Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals by forecasting and developing annual sales targets, including projected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Support and drive the overall strategic direction of the sales team to achieve business growth and sales objectives.
- Develop and monitor strategic campaigns to access key accounts and targeted markets while identifying new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and implement result-oriented strategies to meet targets.
- Supervise team members' activities, task execution, and report generation.
- Monitor and evaluate various analytical reports to develop effective strategies.
- Prepare, analyze, and present reports to management and clients as required.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Organize corporate events, workshops, and client engagement programs.
Educational Requirements:
- BBA/EEE/ Telecommunications / CSE / MBA (Marketing) Degree from any UGC-approved university
Experience Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience
Additional Requirements:
- Must have prior working experience in ISP / IIG/NTTN/MNO sectors
