This position is for Assistant Manager. Based on the result of your assessments and experience, you maybe offered higher or lower position.

• Achieve assigned sales targets for SEL’s residential and/or commercial real estate projects through effective lead follow-up, client meetings, site visits, and booking conversion.
• Attend prospective clients professionally and provide accurate information on project features, location, apartment/commercial space size, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and delivery timeline.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits to support the sales process and improve client confidence in SEL’s projects.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to improve conversion ratio and ensure timely progress from inquiry to booking.
• Support the Manager/DGM Sales in implementing project-wise sales plans, promotional activities, client engagement initiatives, and sales campaigns.
• Maintain updated records of leads, client interactions, site visits, booking status, payment follow-up, and sales pipeline for management review.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Accounts, Documentation, Legal, and Construction teams to ensure smooth client service and timely response to client queries.
• Support preparation of booking documents, client files, payment schedules, allotment-related documents, and other sales-related records as per company policy.
• Monitor competitor projects, pricing, customer preferences, and market feedback, and share relevant observations with the reporting authority.
• Ensure ethical sales practices, accurate client communication, confidentiality of company information, and compliance with approved pricing, discount, payment, and documentation guidelines.
