About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Trainee - Video Editing with Fresher or 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished, engaging video content that aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality content for digital platforms (social media, website, ads, etc.)
• Trim footage, add transitions, effects, music, and graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all videos.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with current video editing trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Freshers with strong skills or 1 year of proven work experience.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good time management and communication skills.
