SAF Bangladesh is the country office of SAF International Association (SAFIA), an international development organization based in Basel, Switzerland, is remain steadfast in its mission “scaling up collective action on markets and innovations so that farming can better serve smallholder families, rural communities, and nature” and continues its legacy works of promoting sustainable agriculture across Asia and Africa. JOB SUMMARY:

This position is ideal for a dynamic, committed and proactive individual who can help strengthen SAF’s monitoring and evaluation systems, organizational communications, and project development initiatives through effective coordination with internal teams, development partners, and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

A. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

  • Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly management and donor reports while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Manage MIS systems, data quality assurance, and coordinate internal reporting and review meetings.
  • Develop case studies, success stories, and support the development of KPIs, Theory of Change, and M&E guidelines.

B. Communications

  • Manage website content, blogs, and social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Develop and organize print, digital, and audio-visual communication materials while ensuring branding consistency.
  • Support organizational events, campaigns, and coordinate with vendors for communication and visibility activities.

C. Project Development

  • Develop organizational profiles, project profiles, donor factsheets, and thematic communication materials.
  • Maintain and organize key personnel profiles and proposal-related documents for project development.
  • Support concept note preparation, proposal development, submission tracking, and donor coordination processes.

RELATIONSHIPS

She will be reportable to the Executive Director and work in close coordination with the teams of other portfolios of SAF Bangladesh.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Master’s in Social Science, Statistics, Development Studies, or any other relevant discipline from a reputed public or private university.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience with reputed NGO and/or INGO.
  • Proven experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), reporting, communications, or project development will be considered an added advantage.
  • Excellent technical and functional competencies in communication, results measurement, teamwork, relationship building, and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience in developing communication materials/products, including documentaries, and organizing events (workshops, seminars, roundtable) and high-level meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and other stakeholders working across agriculture and food systems.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email communication, and report writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams while meeting targets and deadlines.
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to changing needs and priorities.
