Position: Digital Marketing Executive (Media Buyer)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns
  • Work with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly
  • Optimize campaigns based on data
  • Test creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign strategies
  • Track campaign results and prepare performance updates
  • Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams
  • Help clients and businesses generate better sales, leads, and growth through paid advertising

Job Location: This is a full-time in-office job.

Office Location:  

  • Sector 16, Uttara, Dhaka
  • Our office is easy to access by Metro Rail. You can conveniently commute through Uttara North Metro Station.

Who We Are Looking For

We are hiring Performance Marketers / Media Buyers who have practical experience in running paid advertising campaigns.

This position is not for complete freshers.

You should have hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of:

  • Facebook Ads / Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads

Candidates with experience in Bangladeshi eCommerce media buying will get strong priority.

Minimum Requirement

To apply for this role, you must have:

  • Practical experience in media buying
  • Experience managing at least $1,000+ ad spend
  • Understanding of campaign setup, testing, optimization, and reporting
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions
  • Interest in learning, improving, and growing inside a professional agency environment

Preferred Skills

You will get priority if you have:

  • Experience in Bangladeshi eCommerce media buying
  • Experience managing conversion-focused campaigns
  • Understanding of sales funnel, landing page, offer, and creative testing
  • Ability to work with data, not just boost posts
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills

Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara)

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Salary Range: BDT 20,000 - 40,000
  • Over time allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share
