Manager (Production & Operation) will be responsible for factory operation, production, delivery and coordination. He will be responsible also for maintaining the staff in operating the machines. We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Manager (Production & Operation) to oversee the full operations of our factory. The selected candidate will be the key person in charge, ensuring smooth production, team management, and overall factory performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all factory operations
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Lead and coordinate factory staff and departments
• Monitor workflow efficiency and implement improvements
• Maintain discipline, safety, and operational compliance

We required:

• Educational qualification: B.Sc./ diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university/institution.
• Language: must be fluent in Bangla and English.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication skill.
• Honest, reliable, and detail oriented.

Employment Status: FULL TIME
