Executive, Human Resources
Prerequisite to apply:
- Graduation in Business Studies faculty from Public/reputed Private University.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Age: Maximum 32 years.
- Must have hands-on working experience in a manufacturing factory environment.
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor core HR functions of the assigned factory, including manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, placement and employee documentation.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, SOPs and company rules, ensuring consistency across factory operations and compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Monitor performance management, employee appraisal, probation evaluation, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other employee-related activities.
- Coordinate employee relations activities, including grievance handling, disciplinary matters, worker engagement, welfare initiatives and employee retention.
- Monitor HR records and reports, including manpower, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, attendance, leave and recruitment status, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting to management.
- Coordinate with factory HR teams and relevant departments to identify HR-related issues, ensure timely resolution and support continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Perform any other task assigned by Management.
