Welfare Officer

Major duties and responsibilities:

  • Address workers’ grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns to ensure harmonious industrial relations.
  • Monitor worker welfare facilities, including canteen, sanitation, drinking water, childcare, and restrooms.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, buyer requirements, and workplace welfare standards.
  • Conduct worker awareness sessions, counselling, and engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Maintain welfare records, grievance registers, and reports while coordinating with HR, Compliance, and factory management.

Work Station: Factory: Gazipur / Bhaluka, Mymensingh

Pre-requisite to apply:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Management/Public Administration from any Public or Reputed Private University.
  • 3-5 years in relevant field is required in any reputed and Compliance based Garments Factory.
  • Age Limit: At most 35 Years.
