Executive – Quality Assurance (Quality Management System)

Prerequisite to apply:

• Graduation in any discipline/Textile Engineering from Public/reputed Private University.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Age: Maximum 35 years.

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and buyer requirements.
• Monitor processes KPI to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify improvement opportunities using Lean principles.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure process effectiveness and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, QMS manuals, policies, SOPs, audit reports and QMS records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen activities, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely implementation of improvement actions
• Perform any other task assigned by the management.

Work Station: Square Apparels Limited, factory, Mamarishpur, Mallikbari, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
