Job Context
This role responsible for managing overall showroom operations, leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, maintaining stock and visual merchandising, handling customer issues, and preparing daily reports.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full showroom operations.
  • Lead and supervise sales team.
  • Ensure daily & monthly sales targets are achieved.
  • Monitor stock and coordinate with warehouse.
  • Maintain visual merchandising (VM).
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Submit daily sales & stock report.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor / Honors degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:

  • 4 – 5 Years in relevant department.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Showroom operations

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in retail / fashion showroom management.
  • Strong leadership & team handling ability.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management.
  • Good communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of sales KPIs.
  • Smart, presentable & disciplined.
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS / Excel).
