Job Responsibilities
- Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information
- Create market and achieve sales target to ensure profitability of the organization
- Conduct market research to set pricing, product positioning, and demand forecasts
- Identify and strategize plans for new business opportunities
- Materialize the management vision through sales planning
- Maintain good relationship with the prospective clients and also to give them extensive service
- Capable to make strategy for negotiation activity

Educational Requirements
- Post Graduate/MBA major in Marketing from any reputed university with good academic background
Experience Requirements
- 12-15 years’ experience required
- Have experience to sale high ended residential, commercial space & shops to premium customers
Additional Requirements
- Age 38 to 45 years preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
