Officer/Sr. Officer- R&D Department (Formulation)
Job Responsibilities

Pre-formulation study, analysis of API-Excipients Properties, preparation of raw materials and packaging material specification, preparation of stability study protocol with summary reports as per ICH guidelines
Performing on lab trials with proper documentation, scale-up batches, Process Optimization (PO) batches and Process validation (PV) batches
Preparing the stability study schedule as per ICH guidelineswith proper documents. Preparing the SOP's, launching product checklist, Ctd and Actd
Prepare product formula & product specifications according to dosage form following product brief
Plan, co-ordinate, and oversee the work activities of scientific staff within the different groups
Supporting drug product process development work at internal and external manufacturing sites
Development and proof checking the packaging materials (Artwork, shade card) for new products, existing products and export products
Preparation of recipe, annexures, DLT, samples, stability data summary and other papers for regulatory filling purpose
Follow-up the specimen samples related activities, and maintain the Good Documentation Practice
Coordinate with IMD, RA, and Supply chain Management department fore providing relevant documents in a timely manner
To perform any other jobs if assigned by the Management

Conversant with MS Office application

Officer/Sr. Officer- R&D Department (Analytical)
Job Responsibilities

To Perform analytical method development for both compendia & non-compendia method
Assist with all aspects of analytical development, including new assay development, qualification and validation, and routine sample analysis.
Conduct routine LC-MS sample analysis to support characterization, stability, formulation development, and comparability studies by following experimental design, protocols, and SOPs
Contribute to the development of new analytical methods, such as HPLC and LC-MS-based assays, to augment our analytical capabilities for release, characterization, and stability testing.
Prepare and review of method validation protocols and reports.
To perform physical and chemical analysis of incoming Raw Materials (API & Excipients) for source Validation
To perform physical and chemical analysis intermediate, and finished products.
Develop and validate test methods for cleaning validation
Collaborate with QC to support method transfer and validation.
Generate and review laboratory investigation reports
Contribute to analytical sections for regulatory submissions while ensuring high-quality data integrity and documentation
Prepare specifications and test procedures for raw materials and finished dosage forms
Prepare SOP, STP, and other documents as per requirements.
Provide cross-functional support to upstream/downstream process development, formulation, and quality control teams
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, effectively communicate results in oral and written formats
Demonstrate a willingness to quickly learn new skills and technologies and adapt to changes
