Your Mission

A) Lead Growth with Ownership and Purpose

  • Take full ownership of Textile Testing business growth in Chattogram
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities across RMG, textiles, garments, and supply chain partners
  • Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline that drives long-term success
  • Position SGS as a trusted partner that clients depend on—not just a service provider

  • Develop genuine, trust-based relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Approach negotiations with integrity, creating value for both clients and SGS

What You Bring

  • MBA in Marketing
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in sales within TIC, textile, garments, or related sectors
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • A track record of leading teams and achieving business results
  • A mindset focused on ownership, growth, and collaboration
  • Confidence, energy, and a genuine interest in working with people
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to business needs
