Job Context

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Manager Operations – Cash-in-Transit (CIT) Services to lead our nationwide CIT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of cash and valuables, managing operational teams, implementing robust security measures, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all Cash in Transit (CIT) operations, ensuring secure and timely movement of cash and valuables
• Plan daily CIT routes, schedules, and deployment of armed/unarmed security personnel
• Ensure strict compliance with security protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements during cash movement
• Supervise CIT team including drivers, armed guards, supervisors, and escort personnel
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, ATMs, and corporate clients for cash pickup and delivery
• Conduct risk assessments for routes and implement preventive security measures
• Ensure proper handling, sealing, documentation, and chain-of-custody for all cash consignments
• Monitor GPS tracking systems and real-time movement of CIT vehicles
• Investigate and report any incidents, discrepancies, or security breaches
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review
• Ensure proper training and readiness of CIT staff in emergency response and armed protection procedures
• Manage vehicle maintenance coordination and operational readiness of CIT fleet
• Ensure compliance with licensing, firearms regulations, and security industry standards in Bangladesh

Key Requirements (optional for advertisement):

• Experience in security services, banking logistics, or CIT operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of security risk management and transport security protocols
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-risk operations
• Retired armed forces/police personnel preferred (if applicable)
• Good reporting, communication, and coordination skills

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in management, security studies, or related field).

Experience Requirements

• 8–10 years’ experience in related field
• Knowledge of security protocols and risk management.
• Experience in security services, banking operations, or logistics management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
