Job Context

Sentry Security Services Ltd. is one of the growing professional security service providers in Bangladesh, delivering integrated security solutions including manned guarding, corporate security, facility protection, and risk management services.

To strengthen our brand presence and business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing operations.

Job Responsibilities

  •  Develop and execute overall Digital Marketing Strategy aligned with company business goals.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns across:
    • Facebook & Social Media Marketing
    • Google Ads & Paid Campaigns
    • SEO & Website Optimization
    • Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
  • Generate qualified B2B leads for security service business.
  • Manage company website, landing pages, and online branding.
  • Lead and supervise Digital Marketing Team members.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, analytics, and campaign performance.
  • Optimize marketing ROI and customer acquisition cost.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Business Development Team.
  • Manage online reputation and corporate branding activities.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports for Management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
  • MBA/Professional Digital Marketing Certification will be preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 8–10 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
  • Minimum 2-3 years in Managerial Role
  • Experience in Service Industry / B2B Marketing preferred
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • SEO
    • Meta Ads
    • Google Ads
    • Analytics Tools
    • CRM & Marketing Automation
