Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, evaluate, and improve mechanical systems, equipment, machinery, and manufacturing processes.
• Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, maintenance procedures, and project documentation.
• Conduct engineering calculations, feasibility studies, and performance analyses to ensure optimal system efficiency and reliability.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, testing, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and facilities.
• Perform day-to-day shift activities and ensure smooth operation of production and maintenance functions.
• Execute planned, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with established schedules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production, electrical, civil, quality, and procurement departments to achieve operational and project objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource utilization, and work progress to ensure timely completion within quality standards.
• Inspect machinery, equipment, and facilities regularly to maintain operational efficiency, reliability, and workplace safety.
• Review and approve technical reports, engineering documents, material specifications, and vendor submissions.
• Assist in prototype development, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of automotive components and systems.
• Perform durability, performance, safety, and quality tests in compliance with applicable automotive standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, energy conservation, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
• Maintain and update preventive maintenance records, lubrication charts, machine lists, breakdown reports, machine history records, equipment master lists, calibration data, and maintenance documentation.
• Manage spare parts, tools, consumables, and equipment inventories to ensure adequate stock availability and uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, inspection schedules, and equipment reliability improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to technicians, operators, and junior engineers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and reliability enhancement projects.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and advancements in mechanical and automotive engineering.

Education

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Diploma in Mechanical

Experience

• At least 1 year
• Fresher can apply also.

• Age At most 45 years.
  
• Prioritize efficiently and work with a sense of urgency, enthusiasm, and a great attitude.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components
