Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the electrical wiring works at different projects.
  • Assist in providing instant support regarding electrical issues as per requirements.
  • Assist Electrical Design Engineer, Maintenance Officer, and Electrician for any kind of electrical implementation.
  • Travel to different factory / places as per requirement and demand.
  • Perform other duties assigned by HR Admin Manager and Management as and when required.
  • Responsible for factories electrical engineering activities, and will manage Electrical Sub-Station, Generator, IT Infrastructure, Motor Control Panels, Elevators, Electrical Wiring (External & Internal), Kitchen Equipment, CCTV, PA System, SLD & Other Electrical·
  • Ensure all documentation related to electrical systems for NIRAPON/RSC, including manuals, and maintenance logs, is up to date and accessible.
  • Organizing routine servicing or maintenance schedules
  • Prioritize efficiently and work with a sense of urgency, enthusiasm, and a great attitude.

Education

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
  • Diploma in Electrical

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • Only Experience is encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • At most 45 years
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
  • Look after electrical system and other maintenance functions to ensure that the production is no way hampered.Monitor, Maintain, and supervise all the utilities such as Electric sub-station, HT, LT, Transformers, Electric Control Panels, PLC, Diesel Generator, Air Compressor, Water Pumps, and Electrical Workshop etc.
  • Sound knowledge about safety audit requirement of RSC/Nirapon Etc. And all related Checklist update.
  • Responsible for submission documents in online platform, like 90 days of Nirapon.
  • Will be responsible for overall maintenance activities of factory utility & electrical departments.
  • Prepare and execute regular preventive maintenance schedule of all electric equipment in the factory.
  • Should have practical knowledge of HT, LT, Electric substation, Diesel Generator, Air Compressor.
  • Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (electricity) and measure units of utilities produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
  • Ensure proper monitoring and follow-up for scheduled maintenance, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting maintenance.
  • Should have experience in Electrical load calculation, Cable/ Circuit breaker/ Distribution board/ Transformer selection.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for different tasks and train the workforce accordingly.
    Any other electrical tasks as assigned by the management.
  • Good communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English.
  • Strong Technical Skills in Electrical Engineering Systems and Infrastructure.
  • Sound understanding of Electrical Substation, BBT, Back-up Generators, Control Panels, CCTV, PABX System, PA System, and Other Electrical Engineering Related Infrastructure / Equipment.
  • Working knowledge in AutoCAD and Designing·
  • Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
  • Knowledge about Building Codes, Fire Safety, Electrical safety BNBC Codes·
  • Repair work order, material cost, reports and design specifications for electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical systems and components.
