Job Context

We are looking for a smart, hardworking, and competent Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Engineer (Implementation) to support project implementation and technical operations. The candidate will assist in installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities while coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project operation & coordination with company management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Solar project planning, Solar project implementation, team-lead, and after sales service.
  • Clear understanding on electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems, using computer-aided design (AutoCAD) software for solar project.
  • Analysis work will focus on Solar Photo-voltaic field analysis, Distribution panel design, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Sub-Station, earthing, lighting Protection system, etc.
  • Work independently but must be a team player that can contribute toward improving design practices, installing, commissioning, and the overall success of the department.
  • Accomplishing all project-related works in scheduled time & making a bridge between implementation team and management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a Government University (Preferable BUET, CUET, KUET and RUET).

Experience Requirements

  • At most 1/2 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have experience in working while strictly maintaining safety and security standards.
  • Age 23 to 30 years
  • Only male candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Implementation Work Experience and willing to work at remote area.
  • AutoCAD 2D, BOQ, MS office, Computer Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good written and spoken in Bangla and English.

Job Location & Workplace: Dhaka.

Salary: 70,000/- to 80,000/- Taka per month.
