Job Title: Deputy Managing Director

Responsibilities & Context

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational excellence and to provide advice and guidelines on all aspects of organizational developments and goals.

Education

  • Post Graduate from a reputed university with very good academic background.
  • Master's or Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a reputed university with no third division/class or equivalent in academic result.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, MPA, MPF, MPB, MBM will be given preference.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 20 years' banking experience in reputed commercial bank(s) of which, minimum two (2) year experience in the position of SEVP, with a unique blend of professional exposure in all areas of Banking including Corporate Credit/SME business/Retail business/Foreign Trade/Core Risk Management/ Operations/ICCD/Recovery etc.
  • Capable of managing and leading large business team to mobilize business, ensure asset quality, maintain productive customer relationship and catering to the growing and diverse needs of the business segments.
  • Proficiency in developing business strategies and there implementation plan to ensure sustainable business and profit growth in line with the business strategies, targets and objectives of the Bank.
  • Should have very good rapport with the leading business community, excellent knowledge of market economy, corporate business/MSME business, regulatory requirements and compliance issues.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with regulatory bodies and the Board.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Age:

  • Maximum 55 (fifty five) years as on last date of application.
