Save the Children is hereby inviting Proposal for supplying following item (s)/Services. The proposal should meet the requirement given in ToR. Please enclose this letter with your offer in organization's/ company's letter head pad. Proposal should be specified with your terms and conditions. Acceptance of proposal is subject to fulfillment of the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Anti-Bribery & Corruption: Save the Children suppliers/consultants must immediately report any suspicions of fraud or dishonesty in confidence to Risk and Compliance Director (abdullah.faruque@savethechildren.org) / Country Director through email.
2. All suppliers/vendors must accept the child safeguarding policy of Save the Children.
3. Evaluation Criteria: As per ToR.
4. Service delivery & Timeline: As per ToR.
5. Proposal should be submit through email: shah.alam@savethechildren.org and keep CC: amit.chowdhury@savethechildren.org
6. Last date of proposal submission: 15 June 2026 within 3:00 PM. Please mention on top of the subject line your proposed service RFP/SCI/BDCO/FY-26/(Manual)/006 & PR716729
7. All the technical and financial proposal must be submitted in response to TOR & RFP.

9. Payment Mode: Payment will be made through EFT within 45 working days upon satisfactorily Services received and submission of invoice with necessary documents for 3 Installments:
   • Upon approval by the Budget Holder of the inception report and tools: [20%]
   • Upon submission by the Budget Holder of the First Draft Endline Report: [40%]
   • Upon approval by the Budget Holder of the Final Endline Report: [40%]"
