We are glad to announce an INTERNSHIP opportunity under the Digital Equity Fellowship 2026 initiative for 1 year, based in Dhaka. Both female & male candidates are eligible to apply. Detailed information is mentioned below:

Application Categories (you can apply in one category only)

  • Web Development Dot Net (both female & male can apply) –Database design, prototyping and system design, development and coding, reporting and dashboard, technical documentation areas are aligned with Web developer.
  • Open Source Development (both female & male can apply) –Develop, maintain, and improve open source software solutions by contributing code, documentation, testing, and bug fixes.  Collaborate with internal teams and global open source communities using version control systems, follow coding standards and best practices, and support the creation of secure, scalable, and community‑driven applications.
  • Software Quality Assurance – SQA (both female & male can apply) –Assist in executing manual test cases based on requirements and specifications; Identify, document, and report bugs or issues clearly; Support the QA team in test case preparation; Perform regression, functional, and usability testing; Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve issues; Maintain test documentation and track testing progress; Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings
  • User Interface / User Experience Designer (both female & male can apply) –Bridge the gap between complex requirements and intuitive interfaces by designing clear user journeys. Responsible for maintaining visual standards and optimizing workflows to improve usability, while ensuring all deliverables are ready for development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a consistent and high-quality user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Business Analyst (both female & male can apply) –Define and analyze business requirements, communicate with clients, work with concerned teams, assist in submitting project proposals, attend daily scrums and project sprints, prepare meeting notes, requirement documents, user flows, release notes and other required correspondences. 
  • Mobile Application Development (only females can apply) –Develop, and maintain mobile applications based on project requirements and user needs.  Work on UI/UX implementation, application logic, debugging, and performance optimization, collaborate with design and content teams, and ensure secure, scalable, and user‑friendly mobile solutions across Android and/or iOS platforms.
  • Graphics Designer (only females can apply) –Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, reports, and promotional materials.  Develop layouts, illustrations, and creative assets aligned with brand guidelines, collaborate with content and communication teams, and ensure high‑quality visual consistency across all design outputs.
  • Video & Animation (only females can apply) –Plan, create, and edit video and animated visual content for digital platforms and communication materials.  Develop motion graphics, short videos, and animated assets aligned with campaign and content objectives, collaborate with content and design teams, and ensure high‑quality visual storytelling through effective scripting, editing, and post‑production work.
  • Finance (only females can apply) –Assist in budgeting, accounting, preparing bank reconciliation and invoice preparation.  Maintain and update financial records, assist preparing budgets, prepare and process vouchers invoices, and assist in preparation of financial statements and reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements through effective coordination with management and concerned teams.
  • Human Resource (only females can apply) –Support end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Provide dedicated support to fellowship participants and staff through effective people practices. Maintain accurate HR documentation, policies, and reports. Collaborate with program and management teams to foster a supportive, inclusive, and women-focused work environment aligned
  • Copywriter (only females can apply) –Develop copies for websites, social media, reports, training materials, promotional assets and other relevant content. Collaborate with design, program, and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand voice, and impact-driven storytelling. Ability to accurately and effectively translate content from Bangla to English and vice versa is required. 

Requirements

  • Preferably graduates from CSE, EEE, Business Administration, ICT, or relevant fields. If you are from a different academic background but have experience and passion in working with ICT and related areas, you can also apply.
  • Candidates who graduated in 2022 or later and are aged 30 or below are eligible to apply.
  • Only Bangladeshi nationals are eligible to apply.
