Job location: Banani-11, Branch (Dhaka)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Regular Activities:

• Ensure the branch is fully operational during business hours, with all departments functioning efficiently.
  
• Ensure POS systems, retail software, and other operational tools are functioning correctly and staff are trained in their use.

2. Sales:

• Set monthly sales Target basis and plan to achieve.

3. Cash Management

• Supervise till operations, reconcile daily sales with register reconciliation, bank deposits to CRM, and ensure accurate end-of-day reports

4. Budgeting ad Cost Control

• Prepare and manage branch budgets, ensuring expenses remain within approved limits.
  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service or product quality.

5. Customer Experience

• Ensure that all customers receive an outstanding service, whether in-store, on the phone, or online
  
• Handle complex customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.

6. Inventory Control

• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
  
• Manage orders to maintain optimal stock without overstocking or understocking.
  
• Oversee receiving and storing of merchandise; ensure correct pricing and tagging.

7. Reporting & Analysis:

• Daily Report: Ensure DMR, Point sheet, Attendance, Customer call report
  
• Weekly Report: Ensure sales report, Inventory report and customer conversion report
  
• Ensure and check Preserve required data like customer buying patterns and market trends.

8. Staff Management

• Provide onboarding and continuous training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduates in any discipline.
  
• 5–7 years’ experience in direct retail sales.
  
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize & execute tasks.

JOB NATURE: Full-Time

LUCRATIVE PACKAGE OF COMPENSATION:

• Salary: 45,000/-
  
• Incentive: If Achieve target
  
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM
  
• Festival Bonus: 1 Salary for Two festivals
  
• Incentive: Monthly (If achieved target)
  
• Lunch: Partially subsidized
