Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and upto date Information about Company and its insurance product
  • Resolve Customer queries complaints and issues politely
  • Achieve daily and weekly call service targets without compromising quality 
  • Build positive relationships with customers through polite and active communications     
  • Cooperate with colleague and follow supervisor instruction
  • Maintain confidently of customer data and company information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote positive company image.

Employment status: Full-time.

Job Location: Dhaka.

Educational and Job Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Masters degree in any Discipline
  • Educational qualification is relaxable in case of deserving candidate

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age at least 25 to 35 years
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent speaking in English and Bengali with clear pronunciation and strong fluency 
  • Interpersonal skills and confident is handling clients
  • Maintains and organize all type official records 
  • Good Command in Microsoft office specially Excel for daily reporting
  • Good Computer skills is required with adequate typing speed
  • Well conversant in computer operation and Internet.

Salary: Negotiable.
