Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and upto date Information about Company and its insurance product
- Resolve Customer queries complaints and issues politely
- Achieve daily and weekly call service targets without compromising quality
- Build positive relationships with customers through polite and active communications
- Cooperate with colleague and follow supervisor instruction
- Maintain confidently of customer data and company information
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote positive company image.

Educational and Job Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor / Masters degree in any Discipline
- Educational qualification is relaxable in case of deserving candidate
Additional Requirements:
- Age at least 25 to 35 years
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Excellent speaking in English and Bengali with clear pronunciation and strong fluency
- Interpersonal skills and confident is handling clients
- Maintains and organize all type official records
- Good Command in Microsoft office specially Excel for daily reporting
- Good Computer skills is required with adequate typing speed
- Well conversant in computer operation and Internet.
