Responsibilities & Context
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Maintain and ensure effective service for our clients.
- Analyze and find the problems that our clients are facing presently.
- Go into details about the problems and make sure for the required solution.
- Take challenge to accept day to day assigned tasks.
- Manage the team to ensure standard after-sales service to clients.
- Prepare and analyze the fault report and inform the core team.
- Maintain organizational decorum while providing the service to our clients.
- Co-operate with our service department about day-to-day updates.
- Monitor clients, and provide requirement accessories as well by site visits.
- Lead the entire service team effectively.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
