Remex Corporation Ltd. seeks a dynamic professional for Sr. Officer/Asst. Manager - Business Development (API) to promote and sell pharma raw materials, drive new business, and maintain strong relationships with customers and overseas suppliers.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Promote and market pharmaceutical raw materials to local manufacturers through client visits, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
  • Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, promotional programs, and product introduction initiatives.
  • Coordinate with overseas principals for quotations, samples, and technical support.
  • Drive sales growth by achieving assigned targets and expanding the customer base.
  • Manage the complete sales and indenting process — from order confirmation to shipment and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of indents, shipments, customer interactions, and sales reports.
  • Participate in tender processes and manage registration or approval-related documentation as required.
  • Build and nurture long-term business relationships with customers and suppliers through consistent communication and professional service.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet operations.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Strong business ethics, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate with team members effectively.
