Eligibility of Applicant |
a. Must have valid & Updated Trade License.
b. Must have valid e-TIN/ TIN Certificate.
C. Must have valid & Updated Income Tax Certificate
d. Must have Bank Solvency Certificate of the year 2026.
e. Must have valid VAT Registration Certificate.
f. Must have documentary evidence of 03(Three) year General experience in related work.
g. Must have at least 02 work completion certificate in last 03(Three) year for related works/services in NGOs/ Financial Institutions/ Govt./ Semi Govt. or any other renowned private Organization.
h. More conditions may be added in the application form on the basis of category of work.
i. Any company/firm or Owner of the company/firm debarred or blacklisted by Banks, Financial Institutions, Govt. Organization, Semi Govt. Organization & Autonomous Organization is not eligible for the Enlistment |

Process of Application: Submit a forwarding letter printed on the applicant company's official letterhead. The specific category applied for must be clearly mentioned in the subject line and attach the hard copies of the following documents along with the forwarding letter in a closed envelope.
a. Valid and updated Trade License, e-TIN, and Income Tax Certificate.
b. Bank Solvency Certificate for the year 2026 and a valid VAT Registration Certificate.
C. Documentary evidence of 3 years of general experience in related work.
d. At least 2 work completion certificates from the last 3 years for similar services provided to NGOs, financial institutions, government, semi-government, or renowned private organizations.
Submission Deadline & Address: Submit the hard copy of the complete application by 4:00 PM on June 24, 2026, at the RDRS Bangladesh Dhaka Office (House 43, Road 10, Sector 6, Uttara, Dhaka-1230).
