REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Rangamati Hill District Council (RHDC) invites proposals (Technical and Financial) from qulified construction firms/individuals for the constructions of a Solar Powered Cold Storage Facility under the International Labour Organization (ILO)-supported “Promoting Gender Responsive Enterprise Development and TVET Systems (ProGRESS)” Project. Construction firms/individuals with demonstrated experience in the construction of solar-powered cold storage facilities are encouraged to submit proposals. Working experience in the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) region will be given priority. Detailes Terms of Reference (TOR) are available on the RHDC website: www.rhdc.gov.bd Proposals must be addressed to the Chairman, Rangamati Hill District Council, Rangamati Hill District.
