Subject: Request for Quotation (RFQ) to procure ACS-IR SSNC Equipment.
RFQ No. PRF/BD/ACS-IR/2026/0004

Projahnmo Research Foundation (PRF) invites quotations from qualified vendors to procure ACS-IR SSNC Equipment. The details are as follows:   

Terms and Conditions -

1. Vendors must have valid legal documents, including Trade License, BIN, TIN, and proof of tax return submission (PSR), and must be recognized suppliers of medical equipment.
   
2. Quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. VAT may be shown separately. Applicable VAT and tax will be deducted at source as per government rules.
   
3. Detailed specifications and product catalogues must be submitted along with the quotation.
   
4. The quantities mentioned are tentative and may increase or decrease based on project requirements.
   
5. The project will be implemented in 08 districts (Faridpur, Kishoreganj, Tangail, Noakhali, Cox’s Bazar, Brahmanbaria, Moulvibazar, and Sylhet). Delivery and installation must be completed at designated locations as per Work Order.
   
6. Products must be delivered and installed within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of issuing the Work Order.
   
7. Vendors must obtain signed delivery challan and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) from the receiving authority after successful delivery and installation.
   
8. 100% payment will be made after successful delivery, installation, and submission of required documents (invoice, delivery challan, GRN).
   
9. For Radiant Warmer, shipment documents and the proof of distributor ship of the manufacturer is desired.
   
10. Vendors must have proven experience in similar supply. Supporting documents must be submitted.
    
11. Vendors must comply with PRF Code of Conduct and Safeguarding Policy throughout the contract period.
    
12. PRF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations (fully or partially) without assigning any reason and may select one or multiple vendors.

Bidder Non-Collusion Statement
PRF collusion and will disqualify all bids where collusion is detected. Collusion happens when related parties submit separate bids for the same tender. Collusion includes situations where:

a) Members of the same family submit separate bids for the same tender
b) Separate companies owned by the same person submit separate bids for the same tender
c) Employees of a bidding company submitting separate bids through companies they own for the same tender
d) Partners in a bidder submitting separate bids under their own names/ companies they own for the same tender

It is a collusion for a person to be involved in more than companies/ businesses submitting a bid to the same tender. Collusion will lead to PRF disqualifying the involved Individuals or companies from that tender as well as disqualify them from submitting bids for future tenders. In addition, PRF may share information relating to this collusion with other international aid organizations operating in the region, leading to loss of business opportunities for the colluders.
