Projahnmo Research Foundation (PRF) invites quotations from qualified vendors to print register, Consent Form and Brochure. The details are as follows:

Terms and Conditions -

  1. Interested vendors are requested to visit in person our Banani Office (Level 7, House 97A, Road 25, Block A, Banani, Dhaka-1213) to observe sample of each document for clear understanding before submission of quotation.
  2. The vendor must be obtained prior approval before printing and deliver the printing documents as per approved sample.
  3. The quoted unit price should be inclusive of all applicable taxes. VAT may be added and shown separately in the grand total. VAT and tax will be deducted at source at the time of payment in accordance with prevailing government regulations.
  4. The above-mentioned required number are yearly, we will provide work order as quarterly basis.
  5. The vendor must deliver all the printing documents within 10 (Ten) days of issuing formal work order.  
  6. After successful delivery of the items, the vendor must take the signed delivery challan from the recipient. 
  7. Payment will be made after successful delivery and goods receipt note from the recipient. 
  8. Proven ability to deliver high-quality printing in due timeline.
  9. Previous experience of successful accomplishment of relevant printing is essential.
  10. The vendor must follow the Code of Conduct and Safeguarding Policy of PRF in every step of operation.  
  11. PRF reserves the right to accept or reject in part or full/one or all proposal without assigning any reason.

Interested vendors are requested to submit their signed quotations through the following email address – info@prfbd.org , including the following information: 

  • Unit price for each unit and total price
  • Delivery timeline. 
  • Company profile, trade license, Tax and VAT registration. 
  • Details of Bank Account 

Bidder Non-Collusion Statement 

PRF collusion and will disqualify all bids where collusion is detected.  Collusion happens when related parties submit separate bids for the same tender. Collusion includes situations where: 

  1. Members of the same family submit separate bids for the same tender
  2. Separate companies owned by the same person submit separate bids for the same tender 
  3. Employees of a bidding company submitting separate bids through companies they own for the same tender 
  4. Partners in a bidder submitting separate bids under their own names/ companies they own for the same tender 

It is a collusion for a person to be involved in more than companies/ businesses submitting a bid to the same tender. Collusion will lead to PRF disqualifying the involved Individuals or companies from that tender as well as disqualify them from submitting bids for future tenders. In addition, PRF may share information relating to this collusion with other international aid organizations operating in the region, leading to loss of business opportunities for the colluders.

Quotations must be submitted to info@prfbd.org no later than 07 April 2026, 5:00 PM.
Or Quotations Receiving Place: PRF Head Office (Level 7, House 97A, Road 25, Block A, Banani, Dhaka-1213).

Closing Date & Time of submission: 07 April 2026, 5:00 PM.

Tender Opening Date: Tender will be open on 08 April 2026, 4:00 PM
