Brief description of the assignment |
1. The architectural working drawings of the proposed building have already been prepared. The selected consultancy firm shall therefore be responsible for providing the necessary Engineering Designs, Preparation of Estimate, Tender documentation and tender-related consultancy services, including but not limited to. All necessary Supporting design & drawing etc. must be consistent with the architectural design attached herewith.
2. Supervision of complete construction work and preparation of compliance report of the project etc. as per rules.
