Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) has been implementing a skill development project titled ‘Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP)’ jointly financed by the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since March 2025. The objective of the project is to enhance the job-ready skills and productivity of the country’s workforce, contributing to economic diversification and competitiveness of industries. The program is being implemented across the country through selected Partner Organizations (POs) and Training Institutes (TIs) under PKSF.

PKSF intends to recruit skilled and relevant experienced personnel for the following posts under the Special Business Plan (Persons with Disabilities, Third Gender and Ethnic Communities) of the SICIP project:

Candidates having working experience in skills development projects implemented by the Government will be preferred. The employees will be recruited initially for one year with an opportunity for annual performance-based renewal during the project period.
