Its operation started in Bangladesh since 1970 having registration with NGOAB as an INGO (registration number 79). Oxfam works with others to alleviate poverty and sufferings and implement various development as well as humanitarian response projects throughout the world.  
 
Through this advertisement, Oxfam is calling for technical and financial proposals from capable & reputed institutions as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein:

Interested suppliers/firms are required to submit necessary bid documents in form of hardcopies and also electronic format by using the prescribed forms and in line with instructions given in RFQ documents.
