Terms of Reference (TOR) Development of Strategic Plan (including Advocacy Plan) for OKUP Ovibashi Karmi Unnayan Program (OKUP) is a grassroots migrant-led organization in Bangladesh. It was formed in 2004 by a group of returnee migrants and their families. Later, in 2008, OKUP was officially registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau, the Government of Bangladesh. In view to respond effectively to the current evolving challenges, OKUP seeks to develop a 5-year Strategic Plan (2027-2031) which includes a separate advocacy plan and a costed operational plan. Submission Deadline: by 10 pm on 27th of April 2026.
