Graphic Designer Opportunity at Nymphea

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Visualizer with strong experience in Pre-Press, Offset Printing, and Publication Design. The candidate will be responsible for developing visual concepts and ensuring that all print materials are design-perfect, print-ready, and production-accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging layouts and visual designs for publications, brochures, magazines, annual reports, leaflets, packaging, and large-format materials.
  • Prepare print-ready files following offset printing standards (CMYK, Bleed, Crop Marks, Color Separation, etc.).
  • Maintain color accuracy, font consistency, and image resolution across all materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative & communication team to conceptualize visual campaigns and brand materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects under tight deadlines while maintaining design quality.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Pre-Press/Printing/Publication/Advertising Agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, those having BFA/MFA will be given preference
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) and modern design tools
  • Excellent understanding of printing processes, materials, and color management.
  • Ability to visualize concepts and strong sense of composition, layout and typography.
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, passionate and capable of multitasking.
