NGO Forum for Public Health has undertaken a project named “Maintaining Access to Humanitarian and Inclusion Services for the Rohingyas in Bangladesh” funded by United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).NGO Forum Cox’s Bazar Project Office Invites proposal for below items.

Objective

Teknaf continues to face significant WASH infrastructure challenges due to difficult terrain, limited availability of suitable land, seasonal water stress, drainage constraints, and the need to maintain critical facilities in a highly congested humanitarian setting.

Several treatment plants, faecal sludge treatment plants and related WASH infrastructures have been established in different camps and surrounding areas to support the refugee response. However, some of these infrastructures require technical review, redesign, up-gradation planning and site-specific engineering assessment to ensure long-term functionality, safety, resilience and operational efficiency.

Deliverables
Inception Report, Field Assessment Report, Revised Design Package for Shalbagan Retaining Wall (including BOQ), FSTP-3 Up-gradation and Constructed Wetland Design Package, Final Consultancy Report.
Submission of Proposals
Interested consultants should submit their proposals, including a detailed technical and financial proposal separately, CVs of key personnel, and relevant supporting documents within 17 May 2026.
