Expression of Interest (EOI) for Humanitarian Projects Delivery Partnership

Muslim Aid (MA) is a faith-based international relief and development agency committed to tackling poverty and alleviating human suffering worldwide. Established in 1985, Muslim Aid began its operations in Bangladesh in 1991 following a devastating cyclone. Since 2009, the Muslim Aid-UK Bangladesh Field Office (MABFO) has reached over 12 million people through programmes in humanitarian response, education, livelihoods, health, WASH, and housing.

Humanitarian assistance is one of the core programme areas of MABFO. In response to escalating humanitarian needs driven by climate change, recurrent natural disasters, and the increasing vulnerability of at-risk communities, MABFO prioritizes timely, localized, and integrated humanitarian action across Bangladesh. Through strong partnerships with local and national NGOs, MABFO ensures rapid emergency response, including life-saving relief delivery within 72 hours of a disaster, alongside anticipatory action and early recovery support.

Localization remains a key strategic priority for MABFO. To ensure timely, inclusive, and context-specific interventions, MABFO seeks to collaborate with capable local and national organizations with strong community presence and operational capacity. Through these partnerships, MABFO aims to strengthen locally led responses while expanding the reach and impact of its emergency response programmes.

Interested and qualified local and national organizations are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

Any interested local and national organizations are requested to submit their EOI along with the necessary supporting documents in a sealed envelope to Muslim Aid-UK, Bangladesh Field Office (MABFO), House # 13 (5th Floor), Road # 27, Block #J, Banani, Dhaka-1213, Bangladesh.

Soft Coy Submission:

Any interested local and national organizations are requested to submit their EOI along with the necessary supporting documents through bangladeshprocurement@muslimaid.org.bd with the subject line " Expression of Interest (EOI) for Humanitarian Projects Delivery Partnership."

The deadline for Expression of Interest (EOI) submission is 15 June 2026 on or before 04:00 PM.
