Muazuddin Group, a leading knit composite garment manufacturer, is seeking dynamic, highly skilled, and experienced professionals to fill the following critical positions in our Quality Assurance department.

Position : Quality In-charge (QI)

Job Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise and implement quality checking procedures at critical control points on the production floor, including spreading, cutting, in-line, end-line, and final inspection.
• Ensure strict adherence to approved samples, PP comments, and technical specifications at the sewing lines.
• Monitor housekeeping and machine maintenance practices in the production area to prevent quality issues like garments on the floor or inconsistent machine performance.
• Maintain and update all required documentation and records, including inspection reports and sharp tool/needle control records.
• Provide necessary on-the-job training and guidance to QC inspectors and operators.

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the Knit Garments industry, with preference given to candidates having experience in a Quality Control/Supervisory role.
• Only Male can apply for the post.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Sound knowledge of global QA/QC practices for knitwear.
