Job Description:
- Ensure excellent customer service and effective relationship management.
- Drive branch business growth with a focus on deposit mobilization, loans (Retail & SME), cards, and non-funded income.
- Lead the trade desk to increase Non-Funded Income (NFI).
- Analyze credit risk & process loan applications.
- Achieve assigned business targets and ensure branch profitability through quality business origination.
- Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and internal policies.
- Maintain strong governance and risk control, and ensure timely resolution of audit and inspection observations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve assigned business objectives.
- Ensure branch security, effective cash management, and overall administrative control.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable.
- Knowledge & expertise in Islamic Banking will be considered as an added qualification.
- Excellent business communication skills with effective business acumen.
- Leadership qualities in managing, coaching and mentoring people.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience in branch of reputed banks, with at least 3 (three) year of experience in a similar role preferred.
