Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand image, generate market excitement, and increase sales and market share.
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand image through effective ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new customer segments, market trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing and sales plans in coordination with management.
- Lead and supervise digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, online portals, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and ensure successful conversion into sales.
- Develop promotional materials including brochures, banners, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Organize property fairs, customer engagement programs, corporate events, site visits, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Manage advertising and media buying activities including television, newspaper, radio, online media, and outdoor branding.
- Maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project branding, signage, and promotional activities to ensure consistency with company standards.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and sales data to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Train and guide sales and marketing personnel to enhance communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities in alignment with management objectives and project timelines.
- Support management in launching new projects, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain strong public relations and corporate communication to enhance the company’s reputation in the real estate market.
