Description: MedGlobal is an international medical non-profit organization providing health services to people in need, including refugees and displaced persons, in disaster and underserved regions. The organization is composed of medical and public health volunteers of diverse backgrounds. MedGlobal offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

MedGlobal (MG) invites your submission of a financial and technical bid in order to provide goods/services in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. MedGlobal seeks a supplier for medical supplies.

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) details are as follows:

Subject of Tender: Ambulance Purchase for Maternity and Birth Centre (MBC).

ITT Period: From June 6, 2026, to June 10th, 2026 at 11:59 PM Bangladesh time.

ITT Closure Date and Time: June 10th, 2026, at 11:59 PM Bangladesh time.

Minimum Validity Period of ITT: 90 days

Location: White House, Level 4, Chattogram–Cox’s Bazar Highway, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh

Full bid submissions must be received at the email address bids.bd@medglobal.org no later than June 10th, 2026, at 11:59 PM Bangladesh time. You shall send two separate emails, one for your technical offer and the other one for your financial offer, and you shall name the email with the type of offer (“Technical Offer” or “Financial Offer”) in the subject field. Failure to meet the closing date/time may result in the tender being void. Returned bids must remain valid for consideration for a period of not less than 90 days from the closing date. Partially bids will be not accepted.
