Request for Proposals (RFP) for Organizing the Event on the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence 2026


Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) invites proposals from experienced and qualified service providers to organize the event for the observance of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence 2026.

Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF), through its implementing projects NAGORIC, SWADHINATA, CREA and RWVLB, will organize the observance of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence 2026. The campaign will run from 25 November to 10 December 2026, with a proposed campaign launch on 24 November 2026. The proposed campaign theme is "Ensure Justice. Protect Survivors. End Impunity."

To ensure professional event delivery, meaningful public engagement, high-quality branding and visibility for this integrated campaign, MJF seeks to engage an experienced service provider with expertise in event management, branding, communications and promotional activities.

Proposal Requirements:

  • Technical and Financial Proposal: As per the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
  • Legal and Supporting Documents: Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Business Identification Number (BIN), Tax Return Acknowledgement, and other relevant supporting documents.

Proposal Submission Deadline: 8 November 2026
