Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) is one of the largest national non-governmental organizations in Bangladesh, providing grants and capacity-building support for human rights and good governance through partnerships since 2002. MJF works with local partner organizations and stakeholders to promote the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of marginalized and disadvantaged communities across Bangladesh.

MJF is committed to maintaining and following its organizational policies, procedures, and governance standards in all operational, financial, and procurement activities. The organization emphasizes transparency, accountability, inclusiveness, gender sensitivity, and respect for diversity in its overall management and program implementation.
Manusher Jonno Foundation hereby invites proposals from eligible consultant firms for the Organization's Capacity Need Assessment of Partner Organizations under the RWVLB Project, in accordance with the specifications set out in the TOR documents.

Bidders are requested to submit their best competitive Financial and Technical Proposals along with relevant supporting documents, considering the prevailing market context in Bangladesh.

The bidder must mention the following subject line in the email submission: "Submitting the Proposal for Organization's Capacity Need Assessment of Partner Organizations.

This is an open tender, and the consultant firm is required to submit the quotation within the mentioned date
