Job Description / Responsibility

LPG BAZAR – A fast-growing multi-brand LPG distribution & retail network in Bangladesh with strong presence in central regions, handling high monthly volume and expanding rapidly across new territories.

Job Context: We are looking for a highly driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead and expand our LPG retail network in assigned regions.

The role is critical for building retail partnerships, driving sales volume, ensuring market coverage, and managing field teams (Territory Officers).

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in FMCG / distribution / telecom / LPG / field sales, with the ability to manage both retail expansion and sales performance.

Job Responsibilities

Territory Growth & Expansion

  • Develop and execute territory-wise expansion plans
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners (shops, dealers, distributors)
  • Ensure optimal coverage across all key markets, bazaars, and residential zones
  • Monitor competitor activity and take strategic actions

Sales & Volume Management

  • Achieve monthly sales targets (cylinder volume & revenue)
  • Increase per-point productivity and active retailer count
  • Drive growth of both household (12kg) and commercial cylinders (35/45kg)
  • Ensure availability of multiple LPG brands across all points

Team Management

  • Supervise and manage Territory Officers (TOs)
  • Set weekly and monthly KPIs for field teams
  • Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews
  • Train and guide team on retailer acquisition and relationship management

Retail Network Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with partner retailers
  • Ensure proper branding, visibility, and compliance at retail points
  • Resolve retailer issues related to pricing, supply, and service
  • Implement incentive programs to boost retailer performance

Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment
  • Monitor stock availability and prevent shortages
  • Ensure smooth last-mile delivery operations within the territory

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Analyze territory performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends
  • Provide actionable insights to management

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
