Key Responsibilities
- Survey markets to identify business opportunities among CMSME enterprises.
- Reach out to CMSME clients - new prospects and existing customers offer banking and loan/financing products tailored to their needs.
- Assess credit-worthiness of potential CMSME borrowers and process loan applications (especially collateral-free CMSME financing).
- Maintain and manage relationships with CMSME customers and other stakeholders, ensuring good customer service and support.
- Meet individual sales and collection targets (e.g. loan disbursement, deposit mobilization, repayments, etc.) as assigned by the bank.
- Ensure service quality and compliance with bank policies, documentation requirements, and regulatory guidelines when dealing with CMSME clients.
- Possibly handle field work, including visiting clients or potential clients (especially in rural or under-banked areas), because many CMSME clients are outside major urban centers.
